1. Scope of Engineering Services
Teiltree Software Solutions provides custom software engineering, technical consulting, product licensing (including Medivo), and managed cloud hosting infrastructure. Specific project deliverables, milestone timelines, warranties, and service level agreements (SLAs) are governed by mutually executed Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
2. Intellectual Property Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in a specific contract, custom bespoke software systems developed specifically for a client become the intellectual property of the client upon final milestone payment completion. Proprietary reusable framework components and Medivo core platform licenses remain the intellectual property of Teiltree Software Solutions.
3. Cloud Hosting & Service Availability
Cloud infrastructure hosting represents a supportive service (~10% company scope) provided to maintain high availability and reliability for applications we engineer. While we maintain a 99.95% uptime target standard, scheduled maintenance windows are coordinated in advance with clients.
4. Direct Inquiries & Communications
Communications conducted over WhatsApp Business or direct email are processed in good faith. Quotes provided during exploratory discussions are indicative until formalized in an official proposal.
5. Governing Law
These terms and all engineering engagements are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, with provision for international commercial arbitration where applicable.
