Teiltree Software Solutions ("Teiltree", "we", "us") respects the privacy of our visitors and clients. Our marketing website does not contain contact forms, newsletter forms, or behavioral tracking databases. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
2. Information Received Through Direct Communication
When you initiate contact with us via WhatsApp Business or direct email (e.g. support@teiltree.co.zw), we receive only the contact information and message content you deliberately provide. This information is used strictly to respond to your inquiry and evaluate your project requirements.
3. Client Software Applications & Confidentiality
For custom enterprise systems, medical platforms (such as Medivo), and financial software developed for our clients, all client data and intellectual property are protected under formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Master Services Agreements (MSAs). Teiltree does not access client application databases without explicit operational authorization.
